Welcome to Athwab Lama! We want you to feel magnificent in your traditional attire. Because our Athwab and Malakas are unique, delicate pieces, we do not offer monetary refunds. However, we are happy to help you find the perfect fit via Store Credit or an Exchange for any in-stock item.
Please read our guidelines below to ensure a smooth exchange process.
The 24-Hour Exchange Window
Because our garments are often worn for exclusive, one-time special occasions, we maintain a strict exchange request window:

Timeframe: You have 24 hours from the exact time your tracking number shows “Delivered” to contact us and request an exchange.

Final Sale: If more than 24 hours have passed since your package was delivered, the sale is considered Final and cannot be exchanged.
Exchange Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a seamless exchange, your item must arrive back to us in pristine condition:

It must be entirely unworn, unused, and unperfumed.

All original tags must still be attached.

It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
How to Start Your Exchange

Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] within your 24-hour delivery window to request your exchange.

Shipping Fees: Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the postage to ship the original item back to us, as well as the shipping fee to send your new exchange item out to you.

The Fastest Route: The quickest way to secure the replacement item you want before it sells out is to email us to initiate your return, and—once approved—place a new order for the desired item on our website using your store credit.
Damaged, Wrong, or Faulty Items
We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but we want to make things right if a mistake happens! Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect item, contact us at [email protected] right away so we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you immediately.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
We cannot accept exchanges or store credit on the following items:

Sale Items: All items purchased on sale or during promotional events are strictly Final Sale.

Custom Orders: Specialized orders, custom sizing, or personalized items.

Hygiene Items: Personal items such as face masks.

Gift Cards: Cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
